Questions

Is the wheel really random?

Yes. Every option gets a slice sized by its weight, and the landing spot is chosen at random each spin. Equal weights mean equal chances.

Can I use it as a random name picker for a class or a giveaway?

Yes. Paste one name per line. In the app, turn on No repeats so nobody is picked twice in a row, or remove each winner as you go.

How do I make fair teams?

Picksy's team maker shuffles your players into any number of teams, and team sizes never differ by more than one.

Does Picksy cost anything?

No. Every feature is free and there are no ads. There is an optional tip jar that unlocks nothing.

Privacy

Picksy collects no data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Your wheels and history are stored only on your iPhone. The wheel on this page runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing anywhere.
